1. What This Website Is

This is a private reference site. It operates independently from government offices. We do not store official criminal records, retrieve certified records, run official background checks, or file court documents.

The site points visitors toward offices and systems that may hold Boone County criminal-history information, including Boone County Sheriff's Office, Boone County Circuit Clerk, District Court Harrison/Alpena, Harrison Police, Arkansas State Police/ACIC systems such as ARCH and CBC, and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry. It may also connect visitors with third-party tools for research.

2. Rules for Using This Site

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither this site nor its advertising partners provide services designed for FCRA-regulated screening. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:

• Decide whether to hire or fire someone
• Screen potential renters or housing applicants
• Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
• Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
• Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules

If a legally regulated background check is required, use an authorized official channel such as Arkansas State Police/CBC where applicable, or a properly compliant screening provider.
